A Citizen Exercises His LEGAL RIGHT To Carry A Firearm
Knowing the laws involved is an important part of standing up for your right to keep and bear arms. Notice that at no time did the citizen lose his temper; he merely stated the law.

That is a classic way to piss off a cop that would not otherwise have been a problem. Right or wrong he was guilty of asswholery
Very interesting.
the Constitution gives you the right to carry a firearm. it doesn’t protect you from the opinions of others.
It is a catch 22, in order to tell if he is a felon, then you need his identification. Los Angeles cannot ask for identification from people who are not carrying identification. However felons and ex felons have no rights and are required to submit to searches.
Maybe one of these days everyone will have a tatoo for identification. However so far it is too troublesome and time consuming to trace fingerprints to the person who has the fingerprints.
Firearm ID arrived this month… ^..^
Here’s one about 10-15 miles from me. Notice the police ultimately responded correctly to his legal right to carry a shotgun on a public sidewalk. The policeman even mentioned his oath.

He should be commended for standing up to thug pigs and ignoramus citizens who waste the pigs time and taxpayers money.
Yeah, unless he is suspect of a crime or some other illegal activity, they cannot take his gun away or ask for identification.
@PPhilip - Um…
A tattoo?
I like that he’s standing up for himself but he’s kind of a douche.
